In my spare time, I provide art direction from concept to completion, collaborating with artists to shape ideas and refine each piece through to the final illustration. I balance feedback from a small team with my own direction and the artist’s individual style to create cohesive, polished results.
One of my favorite projects to oversee was this Spider-Man 2 illustration. The artist’s early concept hinted at making the train sequence the central focus — an idea I encouraged — and we were thrilled with how it turned out. That choice brought a strong sense of motion and energy to the piece, making it one of the most engaging illustrations I’ve helped bring to life.
